We have a Citrix farm w/3 Presentation Servers. When the 4th person connects via Web using RDP connection and launches the application on the Presentation Server, the configuration file for this application calls another executable which launches a Print icon in the application itself and then...
We are looking to replace our PIX 515E with an ASA 5500 series router. We'd like to replace it with it with a 5520, but I can't seem to determine if it supports dual WAN cards for failover/load balancing purposes. Is it possible to upgrade from the 515E to an ASA5520? We don't have a Cisco...
Here's the log file when I try to connect.

Literally these are the only changes we made to the PIX:
Old configuration
ip address outside 67.78.24.171 255.255.255.248
route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 67.78.24.169 1
route outside 10.251.0.0 255.255.255.255 67.78.24.169 1
New configuration
ip address outside 67.78.141.82 255.255.255.240...
Please disregard my last post regarding ip address outside and route outside, I just realized what this was. I don't understand how changing the IP address would make my VPN unfunctional now. Our SNM changed from 255.255.255.248 to 255.255.255.240
I was just looking at my running-config and noticed the following:
ip address outside 67.xx.xx.82 255.255.255.240
route outside 10.251.0.0 255.255.255.255 67.xx.xx.81 1
Would this be causing my problems with the VPN?
What is ftp inspection? I did some research on Cisco's website and it says that the PIX doesn't support sftp. The workaround might be to acquire an ftp client that supports clear data channel. I'm not sure what you mean by active or passive. I'm very new to cisco routers. Thanks.
I need to be able to ftp files from a directory on my server to an scftp site. We're using CoreFtp to do this and when I try to connect I get the following error:
SFTP connection error - Connection timed out
Can't establish connection --> scftp.xxxxxx.com:22
The VPN adapter is showing the DNS server. I checked the configuration file and I don't see an entry for split tunneling. I'm hesitant to run the VPN wizard to add it since we have it working now. I'd like to be able to add split-tunneling through the CLI, but not sure what the command for that is.
I can connect through VPN tunnel and RDP to any internal machine by IP address, but not using DNS name. I also lose local Internet access while connected to the VPN. I set the VPN Client up using IPSEC over UDP and checked Allow Local LAN access.
One last thing ... when I created the VPN through the wizard I put in one username for access and I need to add 6 or 7 more. Can this be done through the CLI? I've tried using the following
username username password password encrypted privilege 15, but it keeps telling me that the password...
