Okay, when I change only the ones that are messed up, the change is recorded when I save.
There were several fields where I needed to change the format mixed up with others that didn't need changing and I was just selecting them all and changing the number format. When I only select the ones...
I change 23.00 to 23, save the report, close it, open it back up and it hasn't changed. It's a new install and I haven't registered yet. Could that be it? Everything else saves and every once in a while (1 out of maybe 15 times saving to different files and folders and reimporting subreports) it...
In a group of records, I need not only the latest update datetime in the footer but also the latest user that updated. I've got a maximum(update_datetime) field, but how do I find the update user that shares the record with that field?

In Crystal Enterprise 10, this was done using the CE10 database and APS_InfoObjects table. Unfortunately, the object name field in the BOE11 database...
I think the average should be 2.67.
I'd do it with a formula dividing the count (or distinct count) of the of the cities by a distinct count of the states.
Not sure I'm using "metadata" correctly, but I'm trying to fix a report with about 20 formulas and 30 running totals defined by formulas. Is there any way to get a list of all those formulas so I can look at them and get a better idea of what this report is trying to accomplish?
