Over the pass year we had numbers problems. They range from unable to dial out over our T1(no line availble),unable to leave voice mail message to missing data from the lines were auto attendant to pickup (table 1).
I do not mean to say roll over (hunt groups). I setup a hunt group with two target lines. I setup the hunt group calls for sequential mode and if busy go to queue. Every two to three months the hunt group will stop working.
We have a BCM400 at times our rollover has stop working. No one has made any program changes. We have one T1 with DIDs targeted two fax machines( we are using ATA2)Can any tell us why this is happening and how to correct it.
