BCM50 - Network Element log viewer not working

OK, it never occurred to me that the exported log file might be an archive. Bringing up WinRAR to look at the file I saw the individual logs. I don't know if anyone else was confounded by this, so I'm hoping this is helpful. I sure didn't see this approach in the BCM help.

BCM50 - Network Element log viewer not working

I'm trying to view logs from several BCM50's using Business Element Manager 2.05.0 and it's throwing an error. The error window is titled "Log Browser - Error message" and in the box the text "For input string:" appears with three random characters in quotes after. This is happening on XP and...

BCM50 MIBs used in Insight Manager?

I'm attempting to import the MIBs from the BCM50 into my HP Insight Manager server and have had limited success. Has anyone else been successful doing this with HPSIM? Thanks in advance...

BCM50 & CP number of rings on handsets

I have spent some time researching this issue, and I think I can't configure the BCM50 and CP to do what I want. However, I'm asking the message board before I give up completely. I would like an incoming call to be picked up only by the front desk/control set/general delivery voice mailbox...
