    Ok, a bit further on. I've found the Default General Project settings. This looks to be where i'd change the frame size, horiz and vert. But most of it's greyed out and I can't change it. Any ideas........

    Ok, Just notice the resolution of the Sequence is larger than tha off the avi. I've tried creating a new sequence but I can't seem to find any options to lower the res....... Help

    I have something odd happening when I import an AVI. It has a large black border all the way round it. It also stays when I export to AVI from Premier? When I view the original avi in VLC or Windows Media Player it's fine. Any Ideas anyone????
