You are using the query tool delivered within the Enterprise application. You need to access Citrix to get to ReportSmith in order to do real reporting. The query tool as you have found out is limited.
You can access this information via ReportSmith if the YTD files are being stacked versus overlaid. If they are being stacked you would use a selection criteria of week # and process effective date.
