    Question about DNS and Root Hints

    Greetings all, I am getting ready to install MS CRM and in the Implementation Guide under DNS Settings (Page 11-14 if anyone cares) it says to Remove the root hints from my DNS Servers and to remove the Cache file from internal servers. Does anyone know why? Thanks, ITCRASHED
