Is it possible to reduce the size of an NSS volume and then use the free space to create a Traditional volume? I know that you can use nwconfig to increase a NSS volume size, but I'm not clear about reduction and creating a regular one. Is so, how?

I'm glad that NetWare 6.5 has fixed NetWare 6's problems. Let's hope that they patch 6 so it works the way its supposed to. I know that we won't be selling NetWare 6.5 before 6 is fixed.

Anyboady had problems running multi user with NetWare 6? My customer cannot login more than one user. I suspect that Pervasive SQL needs to be switched off, but I wonder if the problem is with btrieve?

Pervasive SQL comflicts with Peachtree Accounting 2004. I need to turn off the communication component, or the whole database. Does anyone know how that is done? I checked the autoexec.ncf but didn't see anything that seemed to start the SQL.

Easy. Just setup a contacts oriented public folder from Outlook. Copy the contacts into the new folder. Right click on the new folder and assign permissions. Everybody can typically see it, and some or all can change.
