Hi Okkie26, Thanks for replying. The WAN port goes the the router directly which has dedicated internet and is dedicated for VoIP. The router has port forwarding for SIP ports to the SIP trunk provider only. It works perfect till the Avaya issue comes present. I didn't think of the...- ritzy1978
