Phaser 850 printhead, bad thermistor, refurb potential?
I know, it's an older printer. However, it has everything I want in a printer and it cost me less than 100 to pick it up (busted paper flag, caused constant jams) as a 850N, which I've already upgraded it (dirt cheap as well) to a 850DP with 256 megs. Which parts are interchangable between a 850 and a 840?
Here is is situation: I have a 850 with a broken paper path flag on the upper feed assembly circuit board. I have found a few places that sell the whole assembly for an 850, but they are not exactly cheap.
