Thank you SYQUEST for the response. I'm with you. I cannot figure out why this would hold up porting.. The CLEC is being told by AT&T that the P phone service is holding up porting. It caused my first cut to be pushed. The CLEC is requesting another LNP FOC. We'll see what happens.
Does anyone know what a P Phone service is? I know that it is related to my AT&T (BellSouth) Centrex service. This P Phone is preventing my numbers from being ported away from AT&T to a CLEC. Thank you for your assistance!
