Protection of word doc's with embedded files
Some more detailed information attached. I'm talking about a word document that contains embedded files. Meaning that in the toolbar you choose Insert, then object and choose icon to attach the file, word, excel etc depending on the file typ desired. can't see attachments in printed messages from sent items folder
Hi ! This will only be possible if the person uses the "forward" option when sending the mail. Not when "reply" or "replay to all" is used. Brgs, Mat- whizzone

Protection of word doc's with embedded files
When protecting(preventing changes)to a document that contains embedded files you have to mark the embedded file prior to protecting the documnet so that others can open the embedded file. There is a way to do this but I have forgotten how, any tips.- whizzone
