To block the outgoing calls after user finishes his alocated amount need to enable something in Avaya CM
Call Billing software able to send a string to Avaya CM,is any modification is required in CM programming.

We have IPO 412(3.1-56),we cannt make internal autocall back on Busy Extns from analog to analog telephone sets.
Is there any workaround for this, i tryed all the options which is there in manual no luck.

We have 4 CLAN in 2- G650 Cabinet,two are in Cabinet A & other two in Cabinet B, recntly we had a problem 3 CLAN cards are showing Ou-Of-Service only one Clan Is In-service,
we tryed pulling out & put it back the card still the problem was same , finaly we did reset system then...
We have S8500 at HQ, & recently we got S8300 / G700 for three more branches,
when we checked the license it is only opned for LSP not standalone,
I am some lot of confusion on LSP,
we are conecting only Digital & Analog phones on s8300 / G700.

I was looking for adding 1000 nos directory in to CM 4.0 When user wants to dial a external number or extnernal extns he press the dir key on the phone & selects the perticular number & dials,

BCMS 2V4 client not able to connect to server it gives server timed out even we mapped the network drive still i get this error, it is very hard to client to connect to server.

We are Planning to integrate with Avaya Communication Manger 4.0 & Call Manger 5.1 using h323 Trunks between two.
I am wondering waht features we get out of this integration.
Both the vendors are pointing each other that does not work with Avaya, & Vice vers.

we have new 3560 switch & configured for VLAN, the strange issue is in a day the switch reboots automaticlay tow / three times.

we have some audio issues with phones, when recive a call it is sounding like they are talking on Loud speaker, in earphone.

Hunt group is 11 & agent logind ids we created in BCMSvu login as 7011,7012 ...
when agent tried to login using *75 11 7011 system...

when use tac to dila out analog lines & gsm lines it works fine.
