    What do you mean? Just some background that might help: Our extensions have been in place for a while under an older release. We just got 7 and I am trying to configure it. I have been assigning the ones we have been using and have physical phones connected to it. thx

    Hello, I am trying to set up a basic voicemail/auto-attendant scenario. I have assigned all the extensions to the Auto A and covered all steps in the manual. However, when someone calls from an outside service, the AA never picks up. It just rings and rings...any suggestions?
