    Operation fault Cisco 675

    I had the same problem with 675 ver 2.1.0 this modem can not be upgraded but Qwest did even know anything about this. So when I was ask to upgrade to ver 2.4.1 it just lock the modem. I have to constantly unplug the power to the Cisco, and then replug it. Thank to J.Fisher I was able reflash...

    Reset Internet Connection With Cisco675

    I have had problems with the ip number changing on my network every hour or so. I had to unplug the cisco 675 modem in order to get back on the network. Qwest say its Cisco call, Cisco say its Qwest problem.
