Unfortunately, I'm not; I'm an end user with a lot of PBX experience, who was given this system and told to make it work. :)
Our vendor has a guy with a lot of dbs 576 experience, but he's not well-versed with the ACD/software, and he's never encountered this before.
We're running a DBS 576 with the Built-In ACD. I've purchased a copy of the SMD MIS software for this platform, and so far it seems like the software and the switch SHOULD work well together.
Except for one pesky setting, which I cannot seem to change:
