    When I click a folder or the "+" (plus) to expand it, the folder moves out from under my cursor in order to make room for the list of sub-folders and/or files within.     I am builing a bill of materials and need to input the number "5-1" (w/o quotes) into a cell. But excel reads it to be "1-May". When I format the cell to be "general" it goes back to the date format anyway. How can I make the format stay general?

    I always try to re-size my dialog boxes to be large enough that I dont have to contantly use the scrolls on the side and bottom of the dialog. But some dialog boxes do not have the option of re-sizing. Is there a setting I can change to always allow dialog sizing? Thanks.
