The 2 Citrix related Citrix ports are the following: 1494 and 1604 for UDP. NOt sure if this will fix your problem, however, as a start make sure these ports are open
Make sure the system is still a member of the domain and NOT a workgroup. Verify under network neghbourbour and If it is a workgroup put in back into the domain as a member server
