Ooops, a bit late in responding.
Unfortunately we don't have much of a helpdesk, so it was up to me as we thoguht it was an Exchange issue.
In the end I reinstalled Office 2010 for her, and it worked...
I have one user who get the above NDR error when sending to all addresses, internal or external.
She is using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 Enterprise.
The body of the error in the NDR is this:
<recipient address>
You can't send a message on behalf of this user unless you have permission to do so...
This might be a dumb question...
How do I set users to be able to send on behalf of a DL in Exchange 2007?
I know that I can grant users the Send As right from the Security Tab, but in this case it's the Send on Behalf of that's needed.

I have a script that quite cheerfully adds users and Global Groups to the local administrator group but it won't add Domain Local Groups to the local admin group.
Is this even possible to automate?

One of my users are trying to view services on a remote system, but they're not all showing up.
It's a Windows 2003 server and to enable access for him I followed this KB article:

So, one of my users has an MMC which has some snap-ins which lists the services on 10 or so 2000 servers.
When he tries to do the same with 2003 servers he get an acess denied error message.
I believe that this can be fixed by some registry editing, but I haven't been able to find anything on...
