I'm setting up a frame relay link between a CISCO 75xx and a BAY ASN. I used CISCO as frame relay encapusulation while is used Annex D for the BAY. My understanding is that the encapsulation = CISCO has local meaning and not an end to end encapsulaton. The frame relay is not coming up. No LMI...
