thanks Kyle555 - tried that. That passes the VDN value but the AgentID is always blank. I am posting a screenshot of that.

hi - I did unfortunately...spent about 5 hours yesterday trying to configure my VDN's and Vectors and Var's per that doc but couldn't get the AgentID to pass. I can get the AgentID to pass in a trace if I transfer the call to another station - but just not a VDN or Vec.
Here is a copy of the survey report. The ANI will pass to the survey if automatically transferred from a VRD. The 2000005 is my Agent ID but will ONLY pass if I conference the caller to the survey and drop off the call. I need to know how to transfer the call (and pass my AgentID - 2000005)...
Hi -
Current situation - we have agents that take IB calls and then transfer the caller via VDN (--> Hunt Grp --> AEP --> Survey App)- and once that caller takes the survey, we can run reports on the survey app which include the AgentID that transferred the caller to the survey. When I do...
Just an FYI - this all works if both clients (One-X in Citrix and One-X on laptop) are both connected via SIP/Session Manager...just not if one is connected to our SBC and other is connected via ASM.
Hi - It's me again :(
So - I have my One-X Communicator on my laptop configured/registered to our SBCE via TLS 5061 (I believe Shared Control requires a TLS connection). When I hop on my Citrix client (which is on our internal network) and try and connect to the Session Manager (via TLS 5061)...
ha! - re-added User Agent as Avaya Agent*.* and got connected! hooray!! Now I don't have any audio RTP from ADD passing thru so I am thinking there is something else to configure in the SBC for this new User Agent to pass it.
Thanks Kyle - I think this is getting closer to working. I am able to connect now from my AAD client to my SBC but missing some features/buttons. Will work on this but appreciate all your help with this! - you're awesome :)
Oh - you could be onto something with the User Agent Profile...I logged into the SBC and show the below are configured. Are the Regular Expressions for the different types something that Avaya provides or do I just add a name that would come across the registration to SBC. So for Avaya Agent...
Hi -
I have successfully connected my One-X Communicator to our SBCE by exporting/installing the SMGR CA cert on my laptop and modifying the .xml file ( <EnableHostnameValidation>false</EnableHostnameValidation> )
I downloaded a trail version of Agent for Desktop and attempting to run this...
Hi all -
Looking to export this for using One-X Communicator registrations to our Avaya SBCE. Can you tell me where to export this so I can install it on my pc?
Thanks
Robert
Hi -
So I have my Avaya Agent for Desktop connected via SIP and is registered to our Session Mangers...but when I open my One-X Agent and try and login using 'Place and receive calls via - Deskphone'....I get an error message stating 'the telephone you are trying to share control of is...
Hi -
Trying to figure out the 46xx setting to allow the correct display on the SIP sets we have. Currently when dialing local/LD - the format is incorrect (see below)
LD - 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx is displayed as xxxxxx-xxxxxx
Local - xxx-xxx-xxxx is displayed as xxxx-xxx-xxxx
thanks all!
Robert
