    updated I take back the part where my users cannot sync, they can, I just want to know how to veiw the sync process, it must be running in the background and not visible, how can I make it visible?

    A sync process monitor used to run on my Goldmine server and I could see it on the desktop and when an undocked user would sync it would show the process. I can no longer see that and cannot recreate it and my users cannot sync. Anybody have any ideas?
