I got the DID to ring to the hunt group but can't get voicemail to answer after many rings. It is on hunt group dn 743 and I set up the voicemail for ext 743.
Is it possible to assign a DID number to ring directly to a hunt group? 2nd questions is can you add a voicemail box to a hunt group?

Is there any way to assign an external number to call directly into a information mailbox? I have an CISC system, 7.0 software and a callpilot 150 with 3.0 software.

Is there any way to Auto backup a Callpilot 150? If my oly option the web interface or is there a card it can backup to?
It is just a pass in the a$$ to keep having to manually back it up and then reboot the unit afterwards.

I keep getting the following message from my Sonicwall when I try to send an e-mail. How do I turn this off in the Sonic?

Thats what I am having done. The hard part is handling the 800 numbers since they can't go out the same t1 as the LD calls..
We are going to start with a few area codes at a time and see if it delays the system in making calls. Does the system normally slow down with large amounts of routing?
I have two T1's lines, one for local and one for long distance.
All 800's and Area code+number calls have to go out the first, all 1+area code+number calls have to go out the secound.
What is the easiest way to program this into the routing tables?
