Trouble Importing word doc that uses headers and footers
I am having a hard time getting a word file that contains headers and footers to import correctly into indesign cs2. The simple solution would be to edit the headers and footers to be part of the page in word. This however is going to be a 500-600 page manual so that would be very time...- Bipes
