Can an archive be set up for a proxy account?

Thanks for the input. However,it is a good idea to do an archive on this particular account. There will not be 10 people archiving to it...just some dated emails that will need to be kept for future important information. We are OK with the way it is working so far...even if we do have to sign...

Can an archive be set up for a proxy account?

A dept in our company has a proxy account that they would like to set up an archive for. We had not done this before so we decided to test it and see. It seems that if you log into the proxy account, you can see and work with the archive. But if you log into your own account then go to the proxy...

    Emailing to multiple recipients

Is there a limit to the number of recipients of an email that are not in a group? Running 7.0 SP1

    Word Attachment

I also found out that the method the user sends the email is probably why she receives the error. Instead of opening Groupwise, then clicking on New Mail, then clicking on the Paper Clip to add the attachment, the user opens Word, then opens the file, then chooses File, Send To, Mail Recipient...

    Word Attachment

I have a user who attaches a Word document to an email. Before she clicks Send, she attempts to open the attachment to make sure all looks ok. Here's the weird part...the attachment opens up in Adobe...not Word. She then receives an Adobe Reader error and can't open it. The email seems to reach...

    lj4250 printing garbage

I tried different drivers...PCL5, PCL6, & updated versions of these drivers. The form will print fine when sent to another printer at the branch. It must be something with the printer or a setting somewhere.

    Left margin is cut off

Finally figured out what the problem was here. It was an Internet setting. Chose File, Page Set Up, then simply adjusted our left margins.

Font problem printing from Groupwise 7.0

I have finally figured this one out. Thanks ezylstra for the tip, but there is a different way to change default font settings beyond version 6.0. Go to Tools->Options->Environment->Views tab. In the bottom area you will see options to check for default views for reading & composing. You will...

    lj4250 printing garbage

We have a LaserJet 4250 that is printing garbage. Our company's Intranet contains several forms that internal users fill out & submit. Once they click the Submit button, a box pops up so they can print out the form with what they input to it. The problem is, the first copy of the submitted form...

    Left margin is cut off

When printing from Groupwise, the left margin is cutting the first letter off. There is no place within Groupwise to adjust margin settings that I can find...anywhere!

Font problem printing from Groupwise 7.0

I have a user that the font is real small when she prints from Groupwise 7.0.1. She is not opening an attachment, just printing a copy of an email. I have tried everything that I know of to try to change the font but I am having no luck.

    Groupwise 7.0 font problem

I have a user that when she prints from Groupwise, the font is very small. We just upgraded to 7.0 SP1 a couple of weeks ago. I have tried everything I know to try & nothing seems to fix it.
