Hi:
If anybody know under what situation, the NCR suddenly can't record call and no alarm in the alarm log.
Nortel CCM still can send all call events to NCR except start and stop recording signal (NCR version 6.0.1).
There is nothing change in the PABX and NCR for this DN before the problem...
1. Do you have two CMAPI loggers to record same extn? using CMAPI SO or CMAPISCC or Total SO ?
2. It may exceed the maxi 6 parties of avaya during you make exfer or conference; if single CMAPI logger, no supervisor use silent monitor the extn, it should not exceed it, pls check.
