    4 possible reasons or a combination of all four. 1. - Your computer could be locking up because of insufficient RAM. 512 is bare minimum for XP. PSP uses a lot also. I have a Gig and still run out when processing larger files. 2. - If you are tight on hardrive space, you could be running out...

    TRANSPARENCY?

    In PSP9 - Make Transparent image at least the size of your GIF or a little larger. Drag (paste) your GIF onto the transparent image. Use your background eraser to erase the white. Save it as a PSPimage and you can paste it onto any image you want. http://jburtphotos.com
