V/Mail Not in OP Mode
I have a customer who has a Merlin Magix with a Voice Mail on slot 08. Everything is working like a bell. However I keep getting a transient error of this type: NOT IN OP MODE.Error 7801 slot 08 port 00. The manual says to troubleshoot the module. But there is nothing to trouble shoot. Does...- dnj459

How do I reset a 0x32 rel. 4.1 with out losing the PRI Key Codes
I have a Nortel 0x32 with a PRI which was on storage for one year. When this equipment wass installed again recently I could not program some feature form the PRI's.
