    Get in touch with your ISP and ask them to add a reverse dns entry for you.

    You also may want to check the firmware and drivers for your Raid Controller. It is recommended that your drivers be at current within the last 2 years.

    Keep in mind that 25 and 110 are the ports that the Recieving Server uses. The sending server can theoretically send from any port.

    I have run into this problem, when the Exchange Server is running low on Physical Memory, therefore lots of paging to the virtual mem, which causes network traffic to back up. With that in mind, I would still look at the cables first and work my way back to the Server. I experienced this issue...

    Yes there is a time limit, set on the SMTPC. If memory serves, the default is 10 minutes. If you have a slow cable, or dsl you may have to up the time limit.

    Your going to have to look into a third party solution. Exchange, out of the box doesn't have global forms.
