    Question on DNINInternal and DNINExternal calls reporting

    If an agent takes a call on their phone and transfers the call to another agent, will the agent receiving the call have the call pegged as DNInInternal (because it was transferred to them from another agent) or DNInExternal (because an external call was transferred to them)?
