IPOffice Caller ID
Outgoing has the main billing number. Telco says NI-1 software will not pickup the extension numbers on the PRI while teh PBC is set up using NI-2. Incoming is just number that is seen and no name. Here is a quote from the local TElco, no company name. "Telco will send out the DID # /...- harvick29

I have a IP Office 406 bing used with a PRI. The local Telco has a DMS500. I am wondering why that NI-2 protocal is not supported in Canada? The local Telco does not have Ni-2 protocol on teh DMS500 beacuse of teh last statement. I can not get the caller id (name/number) to work as the 406 is...- harvick29
