    Pixelating

    Hi, I need to pixelate an image for a movie im making, otherwise I need a ton of release forms signed. I took a screen shot of the image. Pasted into paintshop, and I need the background gone. I only need the pixelated part. None of the white stuff. Thanks. -Jay
