Thanks to all, I've managed to downgrade the firmware now. I used the "press and hold the * button" trick and after a few attempts...
I would if I was able to, but the phone loops and never even tries to access the files on the tftp server.
Loading: (seconds)
a02d01b2_3.bin....
Starting ....
and then loops round again. never getting any further. which is why I need to reset it to factory defaults.
Can anyone help me. I have an IP phone, 4602 IP. That has had it's firmware upgraded by the tftp server, but has got itself stuck in a cycle
loading...starting...loading etc..
I think It's the firmware that has got itself corrupted and I want to factory default the phone to it's basic default...
