Backup = 1 hour, restore = > 24h ?!
Hi I had one of those drives until it crapped out om me...I was having all kinds of problems with shoe-shining... It was going to take 5 hours to backup 20 Gb I tried everything and then gave up. I got a SLDT 320...and had the same shoe shining problem until I used the Adaptec...- jellyman5264

Thanks for the help Geny You are correct....I have used the Adaptec drivers and the tape drive works much better. The problem that is happening now is that the system seems to revert back to the MS drivers everytime i power down and i must reinstall the Adaptec drivers all the time Any ideas...- jellyman5264
