    According to your information, I have everything setup correctly. I have 2 identical systems and the SMDR logging only works on one of them. I get no traffic on the second one. Is there a way to test the serial port to see if any traffic is going to it?

    Sorry about that. I thought that the Starplus STS was the system. I'm not a telecom guy, even though my boss has decided that I am because I know how to tone out a phone line. It is model number 3500-00. Thanks.
