A challenge with Access Reports and margins/columns.
Use your queries to build a table of results. Format your report ( labels ) to use the table. When you repopulate the table use a delete query to empty it and then your original queries to populate it. All the fields will always exist and the report will always keep its settings. With no date field you can still get only the records for the period of time that has passed between running the reports. first. after running the report make a copy of the table ( January ) then next month use the query wizard to to create a FIND UNMATCHED query between your January sved table...- willyp
