CCM 6 and GRTD

Default off-hook line
Add CLS OLA - Outgoing Line Preference Allowed. Then set LPK (Line Preference Key limit (last key scanned for Automatic Line Preference) equal to the highest DN key number you want to automatically select. Media Explorer
Media Explorer does not get installed as part of the CommServe/CommCell installation. As far as I can remember Media Explorer is on the Books Online CD in the ResourcePack folder. You need to install it and run it from the Start menu. You should then be able to browse the chunks on your tapes...- PS06
