Actually, the service providers can pass the information from the display name field. Most block it, but this provider says they can't. Avaya says that in this older release it is part of the info sent out with the call.
Customer is on a IPO 403 R3.2.61 When calling out on a PRI the users full name is populating as the outbound caller id name. Any thoughts on how to stop this? Customer does not want to upgrade the processor.
Thanks, but by following this document will the CID on an incoming call still display the "91"(ie. 915552223333)? And will I be able to dial from the log?
Does anyone know if it's possible to eliminate the "91" that prefixes the caller ID in the display and still have the functionality of dialing from the call logs?
Has anyone worked with Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager? Specifically, two things: 1)I assume we can dial out of this program just like standard Outlook contacts. 2) Can we screen-pop contact records in BCM using phone manager pro or another software?
The music is plugged into the paging control unit (Valcom) from there the paging output with music goes to the amplifier. The Valcom unit controls the cutting off of the music. This is all off an analog station port so we can do simultaneous.

We swapped the 500 yesterday and are still waiting on the wonderful NPSC to get DS30's in stock to send out. We'll see if the new 500 helps. The aerial cables is certainly a possibility.

Has anyone tried to integrate IP Office with Maximizer V9.5? Phone Manager supported it up to V8.0, but has not caught up to Maximizers latest version. Any input would be appreciated.
