Pagination poorly documented. Anything better out there?
Could someone please point me to adequate documentation for the pagination parameter and options? I'm trying to print a crosstab report and keep the rows together by the first column grouping. It's breaking the grouping across pages which makes it harder to read and nothing I've done with the...- wclemmer
