InDesign Book Pagination
Ekwoman, I thought InBooklet SE was for imposition for pre press. didn't know I could compose a large doucment with other individual docs/files. Sounds like the thing I may be looking for. I will investigate further. Thank you for your time and effort. pzink- pzink

One layer needs to be converted to multi layers
Hello, I have inherited a catalog of 50 pages where all text frames, image frames, tables, and vectors reside on one layer (a flat but editable plain). Is there a script or a faster way other than selecting each element component and copy and pasting each image, text, table and vector onto it's...- pzink

InDesign Book Pagination
jmgalvin, I was thinking on those similar lines...but only as a last resort. Your email confirms that it just might be the best way to go. Why there is so little info on the 'Book' feature for InDesign CS2 is beyond me. Even my reference manuals only touch upon this tool....its suppose to do...- pzink

InDesign Book Pagination
I have a 48 page document whose pagination and numbering changes frequently. I decided to use the book utility within InDesign CS2. To put it mildly....it is driving me nuts. The book pagination is out of sequence as well as the document itself. I seperated the 48 page document into 4 InDesign...- pzink
