Thanks mikey. It's already been logged as a fault in fact. Ironically, the engineer was onsite last week but was called away urgently - then we discovered all the lines were down on one card.
I was just hoping someone would be able to help me with a quick fix that would get us up and running...

We're running an option 11 with a datapulse admin console. Occasionally we have a problem where all the digital lines on one or more cards go offline and people find their phone is dead.
What we've been doing to bring them back online is to bring the details of each line up in datapulse...
