    how many files in a folder are too much ?

    Im wondering, in a linux server, how many files are considered too much to be placed in a single folder? For example, if I decide to store all my videos in one single folder, when will I start having performance issues, if any? Any advice in this will be helpfull !!

    This is getting me crazy, Is there a way I can have a button in my website that when pressed will resize the CURRENT window to fullscreen ? without reloading it, in realtime. Thanks in advanced for any help !!!
