the most logical thing i can think of is to, maybe restart the machine running your backup exec, or if there is a way to refresh you saved notifications, or even start fresh with your notification setting portion and just not ever select job success or job start, rather then selected it and then...- freshskils

ok, here's the situation, i'm trying to monitor multiple processes on lets say a single server to start with. i'm using a process monitoring tool that basically looks at a certain process and tells me how its doing......CPU usauge, memory usuage.......if the process is running, things of this...- freshskils

it all depends on how big your network is. you have to ask if you really need a full time NOC staff just looking at the equipment all day. now if you have a huge network with equipment always failing on you, then it might be worth it- freshskils
