even from the pilot number (5111) the user still has to input his mailbox number and pin code, are you suggesting using DTMF tones ? if so cool hadnt thought of that but would be cooler if CCM could identify the number and route accordingly- willgill

Sorry for the mildly confusing title, I have a user who wants to ring his extension from his mobile phone and automatically get straight into his voicemail without authentication etc.. is that possible? thanks in advance- willgill
