    AVST CallXpress / CM4.1 MWI issue

    We have a few of these configs installed and the mwi is a constant issue. What I've had luck with is putting a pause before sending your first digit in your mwi string: pp177ppXp but it can be fickle. We have moved to the Sip integration on a couple of sites and that seems to work very well. Pete

    Adding a 2 port serial card to a Prologic system
