Enabling web access for 2005 Reporting Services reports

Does access need to be enabled from the reporting server?

power supply turns off after about 4 seconds?

Perhaps the CPU is overheating. Is your heatsink fan mounted properly with a thin layer of thermal compound between the processor and the heatsink? Make sure the snaps are properly secured by trying the gently lift the fan. Good luck

Enabling web access for 2005 Reporting Services reports

Apparently I am supposed to have port 443 open on the remote machine. I opened it up by adding an exception to Windows Firewall but that still did not help. Any suggestions?

Enabling web access for 2005 Reporting Services reports

How do I enable remote web access so that end-users can view reports generated by SQL Server 2005 Reporting services? I have already created reports that can be viewed by using http://localhost/reports from the SQL Server 2005 machine but I cannot access them through a browser on another...

    CPU core voltage is low

Operating temperatures for Core 2 Duo E6400

I'm running in the 43C ballpark at idle now. Should I still be concerned?

    CPU core voltage is low

I am a newbie to all of this. How do I make sure that is it running at full speed?

    CPU core voltage is low

    BTW - I am running an E6400 on a D975XBX board. Thanks!

    CPU core voltage is low

According to my Intel hardware monitor software that came with my D975XBX board my CPU core voltage is running around 1.188 when it should be running around 2.05. I just built my first system with this board and I don't know if this is a significant problem or how to fix it. I would greatly...

Operating temperatures for Core 2 Duo E6400

I'm not overclocking - this is my first system and I would be happy if everything worked normally. It appears that I had too much thermal compound. I switched from the Pentium D fan to a Masscool and it's running at 54C at idle. Is this cool enough??? My readings now are based off of Intel's...

Operating temperatures for Core 2 Duo E6400

Sorry - I mislabeled the readings It should read Processor: 85C CPU Core temp: 35C Remote: 33C Does this look a bit more reasonable? I am still wondering why such a big difference between the processor and cpu core temps

Operating temperatures for Core 2 Duo E6400

I applied thermal paste and an pretty sure that the fan is seated properly. I am going to try switching it with a masscool fan I have to see if that helps. I suppose the fact that the processor core temp is 35C really doesn't mean anything?? I wonder why there is such a variation in temperature.

Operating temperatures for Core 2 Duo E6400

I just built my first system with a new Core 2 Duo E6400 with a D975XBX board. I am slightly confused by the 3 temps given by the BIOS while the processor was idle: Processor: 85C Internal: 35C Remote: 33C I am using a CPU fan from a Pentium D which I though was the same fan for the new...

Is there a way to disable the "Connect to database engine" window that pops open whenever I open a saved query? Perhaps enabling some kind of "connect automatically" function??

    New PC recommmendations

The new Core 2 Duos are finally on the market. For me it is a toss-up between the Pentium D 940 3.2GHz @ $190 or the Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86GHz at $220 or the E6400 2.13 at $240. Right now I am looking at the Pentium D unless the performance for the Conroes is really that amazing. It looks like...

    Reusing code

I'm not an administrator on this specific server so I think that leaves creating a stored procedure out. Any other ideas?
