How I unlock a voicemail log password?
This mailbox is for our urgent messages. I don't know how it was set up. To access this specific mailbox, the user would go to her mailbox, when pswd: was prompt, she would press the button OTHR, then the log: would appear, she would type in her password, and so on. I've tried to reset the password to the mailbox. And it didn't do it. It only reset the password to the actual mailbox, not the log in of the mailbox- opgroup

How I unlock a voicemail log password?
When I dial Feature 981, and it prompts the PSW:, I press OTHR, I attempt to give the right password, but then it stated that the Mbox is locked and I need to call the admin. But the admin is me and I have no clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!- opgroup
