Renaming Computers Effect on SMS
In SMS 2003, when you rename the workstations, you will see the old and new workstations in the SMS console. SMS will age the old computer names out and remove them from the list. You will see the old computer names listed as "Obsolete clients".- sjones925

Error when patching Windows 2003 Server
I get the following error when I try to run my SMS package update for SMS 2003. This is what shows in the execmgr.log: Execution is complete for program Microsoft Update - Windows 2003 Server - Test Grp.
