In SCCS, we would like to route calls based on the CLID but having problems in Symposium obtaining the External CLID. Currently callers are routed through Mer Mail (menus) to route the caller to the call centre and the CLID that appears is the Queue # for Mer Mail.

The SCCS is programmed with the following:
Call forcing 0 delay & 0 break after call
Skillset - Global Settings - Longest Total Time since last CDN/ACD call
The script has QUEUE TO SKILLSET BY LONGEST IDLE AGENT.
