Ok, I have cisco client. It connects, but I can't get remote deskto or my network shars to access. I can't ping either. Here's my running os right now

I'm using the cisco vpn client. And it connects just fine. I have tunneling on so you can still surf the net (company's request)So, just need to know what to add to let them share network resources.
ok... here's my running config.. finally. I'm going nut's here... I can get the VPN client to connect to the network, but I can't ping through, and i can't join the domain, and I can't access network shared files. So give me hand, throw me a bone... I'm gonna cry here. I strongly dislike...

I have the same issue. Im connecting, but can't getin to see my folders.. I was told to open some ports, but im still learning the pix. I can't find anywhere in the PDM to open the ports, so I need to know command line to open this:
